When do I breach the Maximum Loss Limit?
The Maximum Loss Limit is a risk management rule that specifies the minimum amount of equity or balance that should be maintained in your trading account. This rule is typically set to 10% of the initial account size. For instance, if you have a $5,000 account and the Maximum Loss Limit is 10%, your equity or balance cannot fall below $45,000 at any given time.
